Trailo ("the app") is an offline mileage and expense logbook. This policy explains what stays on your device and which third-party services the app uses.
Trailo has no user accounts and no server of its own. Your trips, expenses, vehicles, receipt photos, mileage rates and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive, sell or access this data. Uninstalling the app removes it. The app disables Android automatic cloud backup. If you choose "Save backup file", the app writes a file to a location you pick; where that file goes after that is up to you.
If you tap "Start trip", Trailo asks for foreground location permission and shows a notification while the trip is being recorded. Location is used only to measure the distance of that trip, only while recording is on, and only on your device. Individual location points are not stored or uploaded; only the total distance of the trip is saved. Trailo does not request background location access. You can also add trips manually without granting location.
If you attach a receipt, the photo you take or choose is copied into the app's private storage on your device. It is not uploaded.
The free plan shows ads and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Google may collect and use the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent choices. In regions that require it, the app shows Google's consent form on first launch, and you can reopen your choices in More > Privacy. Trailo Plus removes ads. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Trailo Plus subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase status from Google Play so we can unlock features; we do not receive your payment details.
PDF and CSV reports are created on your device. They are shared only when you choose to share or save them.
Trailo is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
You can delete any entry in the app, clear all data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings, revoke location permission at any time, and manage ad choices as described above.
Mileage rates in the app are example starting values and may be out of date. Trailo is a record-keeping tool and does not provide tax advice. Check your tax authority for the rules that apply to you.
If this policy changes, the date above is updated.

Size uygulanan kuralları vergi idarenizden kontrol edin.
Politika değişirse yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir. Sorular: hatayilmaz1@gmail.com.
